To live for Christ is not a one-time act—it’s the daily laying down of self so His life can shine through you. “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” – Galatians 2:20

“Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.” – Ephesians 4:25

“There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?” – James 4:12

“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth…” – John 16:13

Trying to live by the world’s standards is like wearing glasses that don’t fit—everything becomes distorted. Only God’s Word brings true clarity. “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” – Colossians 3:2

Spiritual maturity requires discernment—learning to test, approve, and choose what is excellent so your life reflects God’s will.

When you walk in the Spirit, praise will rise. When you walk in the flesh, complaints will flow. Choose the Spirit. “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.” Romans 8:6
