Morning Devotional

God is not sitting back, passively watching your life unfold — He is actively moving, working, and interceding on your behalf. Even when you feel unseen or unheard, Jesus is at the right hand of the Father, speaking your name and fighting for your future. “Christ Jesus…is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” — Romans 8:34

Everyone needs friends who know how to pray — not just friends who listen, but friends who will lift you up before God when your strength is low. Choose friends who go to war for you in the Spirit — friends who believe in the power of prayer and know how to call heaven down on your behalf.

Morning Devotional

Hiding from God often feels safer than facing Him—especially when we’re burdened by guilt, shame, or doubt. But what we forget is that God doesn’t meet us with condemnation; He meets us with compassion.

When we mess up, feel ashamed, or are overwhelmed by life, our first instinct is often to hide—just like Adam and Eve did in the garden. We think God is angry, disappointed, or distant. But the truth is, He is always drawing near, even when we’re pulling away. Just like the father in the story of the prodigal son, God isn’t waiting to scold us—He’s watching for us, ready to run toward us the moment we take even one step back home.

From the very beginning of Scripture, we see a God who pursues. In the Garden, after Adam and Eve hid in shame, God called out, “Where are you?” (Genesis 3:9). not because He didn’t know where they were—but because He wanted relationship, restoration, and their return to Him. No matter how far you’ve gone or how long you’ve been wandering, you are not beyond His reach. He sees you. He desires you. He is searching… for you.

Deep within every human soul is a longing—a yearning for purpose, peace, and fulfillment. St. Augustine captures this universal ache with timeless truth: we were created by God and for God, and nothing in this world can truly satisfy us apart from Him.

Jesus is the Truth (John 14:6), and even when the world tried to silence Him with the grave, He rose in victory. The resurrection proves that Truth lives, cannot be buried, and will always overcome. “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” – Matthew 28:6
