Trying to live by the world’s standards is like wearing glasses that don’t fit—everything becomes distorted. Only God’s Word brings true clarity. “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” – Colossians 3:2

Spiritual maturity requires discernment—learning to test, approve, and choose what is excellent so your life reflects God’s will.

When you walk in the Spirit, praise will rise. When you walk in the flesh, complaints will flow. Choose the Spirit. “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.” Romans 8:6

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33

“We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.” -Romans 6:4
